What is Empowerment Fitness®?
Empowerment Fitness® is an original mind/body program for adults and teens that combines positive psychology, great music and fun exercise! This step-by-step process created by psychologists, is designed to reduce stress, improve motivation, clarify goals, and develop an optimistic and resilient mindset. You and your teen will learn how to feel happy and be your best self – while getting fit.
And, join one of our Parent Workshops so you can empower your teen to feel happy and confident.
Whether you or your teen is taking an Empowerment Fitness class, a one-on-one Empowerment Fitness coaching session, or working out at home with one of our downloads, Empowerment Fitness will teach you how to reduce stress, increase self-esteem, and achieve success in school, with friends, and in competitive activities. Research shows that physical exercise increases confidence and accelerates the pace of learning. Our powerful combination of exercise and proven empowerment techniques will help you and your teen set and achieve authentic goals.
