Empowerment Fitness®

Get Fit. Think Positive.

About Us

Dale Sokoloff, clinical psychologist, Karen Hoffman, attorney, and Sharon O'Connor, developmental psychologist, are coaches and consultants who help individuals and organizations identify and utilize their signature skills and strengths to move forward and reach goals. Each of the partners has over twenty years experience, and together, they meet your needs in creative, cost effective ways.

Empowerment Fitness® was inspired by the transformative power of exercise in our own lives, helping us at every transition, to set goals and overcome obstacles. We've combined the power of exercise with the best practices from psychology, executive coaching, and legal advocacy to create this revolutionary mind-body program that can help you through any change you want to make in your life.

Since developing Empowerment Fitness® for adults and teens in 2004, we have spoken extenisively to groups of educators and parents on our innovative empowerment process and on building optimism and resiliency in teens. We provide training to parents and teachers on our empowerment process.

We are also the founders and directors of The Women in Business Networking group in the metropolitan Boston area. The purpose of the group is to empower women business owners, share resources, and build referral networks.
